Urban Forest
At the centre of Maple House lies a sanctuary at first floor level where 92 trees, some reaching 8 metres tall, create a space that’s as much about wellbeing as it is about work.
Studio ONB designed this Urban Forest as part of their mission to retrofit nature into cities. Carefully chosen planting improves air quality and reduces stress, whilst creating habitats for solitary Bees and House Sparrows. Biodiversity assessments have been completed on all courtyard and terrace planting.
